- 30g porridge oats
- 120ml skimmed milk
- 40g blackberries
- 10g almond nut butter
- 10g crushed hazelnuts
- Mix the oats with the milk and microwave for half the time on the packet instructions.
- Stir in the blackberries, almond nut butter and hazelnuts, and microwave for the remainder of the indicated time.
- Smart tip: Try with crushed pecans or walnuts, or flaked almonds. This also tastes great with late-season raspberries.
