Grill and slide into a toasted pitta with a little salsa or guacamole for a not-so-guilty treat.



A night in would not be a night in with dessert. Whip up a refreshing summer pudding, made with colourful, fresh berries. It’s easy to make and can be served with a scoop of coconut ice cream or soy yoghurt.
