Jump-Start Your Fitness – Jumping Jack Challenge!

It’s time to  jump-start your fitness routine with our 31-day Jumping Jack challenge! This fun childhood exercise is a great cardio workout that gets your heart pumping and works out your entire body.

Our challenge starts you off slowly until you can manage 3 whole minutes of non-stop cardio! You can do it, just take it 1 day at a time.

 

Day 1 – 30 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 2 – 45 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 3 – 1 minute of jumping jacks

Day 4 – 1 minute 15 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 5 – 45 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 6 – 1 minute of jumping jacks

Day 7 – 1 minute 15 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 8 – 1 minute 30 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 9 – 1 minute 30 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 10 – Rest! Phew!

Day 11 – 1 minute of jumping jacks

Day 12 – 1 minute 15 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 13 – 1 minute 30 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 14 – 1 minute 45 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 15 – 2 minutes of jumping jacks

Day 16 – 1 minutes 30 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 17 – 1 minute 45 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 18 – 2 minutes of jumping jacks

Day 19 – 2 minutes 15 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 20 – 2 minutes 15 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 21 – 2 minutes 30 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 22 – 2 minutes 45 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 23 – 3 minutes of jumping jacks

Day 24 – 3 minutes of jumping jacks

Day 25 – Rest! Phew!

Day 26 – 1 minute 45 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 27 – 2 minutes of jumping jacks

Day 28 – 2 minutes 15 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 29 – 2 minutes 30 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 30 – 2 minute 45 seconds of jumping jacks

Day 31 – 3 minutes of jumping jacks and a round of applause – you did it!
