Chilled Fruit and Peanut Smoothie

Enjoy a chilled start to your day with this colourful, nutrient-packed smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 120g ripe banana
  • 60g frozen blueberries
  • 60g frozen raspberries
  • 20g (2 tsp) peanut butter

Method

  1. Blitz all the ingredients, thinning with cold water if it’s coming out a bit too thick.
  2. Serve in a tall glass.
  3. Smart tip: This tastes great with any frozen berries. Try almond nut butter in place of the peanut butter for a sweeter flavour.
