Crunchy Melon and Greek Yoghurt

Quick, easy and super-fresh tasting, this is a great way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cantaloupe melon, cubed (approx 120g)
  • 150g low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 10 pecan nuts (approx 20g), crushed

Method

  1. Top the melon with the yoghurt and pecan nuts.
  2. Serve immediately, or after chilling in the fridge.
  3. Smart tip: Vary the nuts – 20g walnuts or hazelnuts will also taste great.
