- ¼ cantaloupe melon, cubed (approx 120g)
- 150g low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 10 pecan nuts (approx 20g), crushed
- Top the melon with the yoghurt and pecan nuts.
- Serve immediately, or after chilling in the fridge.
- Smart tip: Vary the nuts – 20g walnuts or hazelnuts will also taste great.
