Ingredients

  • 80g mango, cubed
  • 80g papaya, cubed
  • 80g pineapple, cubed
  • 4 strawberries, quartered
  • 40g fat-free Greek yoghurt
  • 10g desiccated coconut
  • 10g toasted flaked almonds

Method

  1. Mix all the fruit in a bowl
  2. Top with the yoghurt, coconut and almonds.
